Overview of Company:

Appleyard’s Creative was founded by Shane Appleyard in 2023. It is the second OBA company ever, and the first ever OBA subsidiary company to be shared with an individual private shareholder.

Appleyard’s Creative serves as the dynamic holding company for Shane Appleyard’s creative works.

Appleyard’s Creative owns the rights to the book: ‘Creative Destruction: The Plan to Save our Planet’ and for the production ‘OBA: The Documentary’ (working title) among other works.

Ownership Information:

Owned By All is the majority shareholder, owning 80% of shares in Appleyard’s Creative. Awarded to Owned By All by Shane Appleyard.

Shane Appleyard owns 10%. Appleyard’s Creative is a unique outlet for Shane Appleyard to retain ownership in the creative realm, while distinguishing his projects legally and financially.

Private OBA One owns 10% of Appleyard’s Creative. This was awarded to Private OBA One by Shane Appleyard, to stimulate added value in Private OBA one, and to involve a private equity groups interest in the success of Appleyard’s Creative.

Strategic Objectives:

Through the creative works held by Appleyard’s Creative, one route to telling the story and message of OBA and Shane Appleyard can be shared with the world. Revenue generated by these projects can be re-invested back into further creative projects or shared with OBA as dividends.

Financial Principles:

Shane reserves the right to benefit privately financially from his own creative works. The majority shareholding by OBA, given by Shane, reflects his commitment to build OBA, unmotivated by financial gain.

The small shareholding owned by Shane provides an example of how every OBA subsidiary should have a private shareholder with a private profit incentive.

Any dividends produced from Appleyard’s Creative will be shared appropriately between OBA and Shane Appleyard.
